I applied through university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Kohl's (East Lansing, MI) in Oct 2015
Interview
The interviewer was very nice and laid back. Didn't write down too much. Questions were pretty standard questions, some more specific to describing yourself instead of a situation you've dealt with. Main reason I was not invited for a second interview is because I am a sophomore and they are looking for Junior/Seniors. Heard back in 2 days.
It was quite pleasant and they asked all of the basics. There are two interviews first a screening then a second with the hiring manager. Both parts were not that difficult as long as you prepare a few days prior.
The process began with a phone screen, a panel interview, and 2nd round interview. Interview questions included both behavioral questions and some technical knowledge questions depending on the role. Be prepared to talk about anything on your resume in depth.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kohl's (Milwaukee, WI) in Mar 2025
Interview
It was an online Interview. The interviewer was very nice and laid back. I had answers to their questions, was myself, and didn't have too many issues. They did ask me to dress business professional.
