Interview
There were 7 of us being interviewed and we first filled out a bunch of paperwork. Then the manager asked each of us what our current or previous jobs have been or if we are still in school, and why we want to work at Kohl's. Then he went around the table and asked each of us 1 question each. It was very relaxed and casual. It seems like they just want people willing to work hard and have a positive attitude while on the job. No need to be extremely experienced.
It was easy and simple. Only 1 round and then offer sent through email. Should we easy to answer questions if you look into the company. Not hard at all

Interview
This is a group interview with about 5-6 people also being interviewed. There is usually 2 people interviewing the group. It is just one round of interviewing. Could be a little intimating if you haven't done an interview before

Question 1
How do help a customer if you don't know the answer?
The interview process was very easy and smooth. Mostly behavioral questions about how I handle customers and difficult situations. The overall experience was great and was on the easier side of the previous interviews I had done prior.
