Kolina interview questions

Had a telephone interview that went very well.Asked about my job experience and how my skills would transfer into the advertised position. Interviewer seemed really keen to get me in for a face to face meeting. We left it that they would be in touch to arrange a date and in the meantime to complete a personality test which they sent over. I then followed it up with a email thanking them for the time and how was looking forward to meeting them in person. I also wanted to put forward my salary expectations as the role wasn't advertised with a salary. At that point I was shut down with no further communication totally "ghosted" If my expectations on salary didn't fit the model at least have the decency to tell me so... I a word I'm glad the process didn't go further why would you want to work for a outfit that behaves like this ..
