Intimidating. It was in person and there were six interviewers in the room, and it lasted for nearly an hour. I was called back for a second interview (over zoom) which was less intimidating since I knew what to expect. I was offered the position.

Rigorous with an intense background check. Everyone is very helpful and wants you to succeed. Multiple steps are required to reach the interview, such as a basic test and an agility test.
