Contacted by a recruiter. A phone interview was then scheduled. The whole process took about 1 week. Was asked basic tell me about yourself questions and walk me through your resume.

Simple phone screen, followed by a in-person with a representative that flies out to see you (depending on where you are located). My interview process was pretty bland; the recruiter I spoke with was obviously reading questions off of a piece of paper she had in front of her, and didn’t seem to take as much interest in me as the candidate. The recruiter was also unable to answer many of my questions about their sales team. Not a bad experience per say, but I found it hard to get excited about the opportunity simply because it seemed so scripted, and that it seemed the recruiter wasn’t completely knowledgeable about their team and what they were looking for.
