I filled out the questions online and got a response the next day. I was then asked if I could come in some time during the week. I gave a time and date and went to my nearest krispy kreme store where I was greeted by the regional manager and I did my interview.

They will initially look at your cv, and go through previous experience. They will ask what your favourite doughnut is; your strengths and weaknesses and a time you worked as a group. You may also be asked to do a trial shift on the day serving customers.

Very relaxed and easygoing vibe. Nice manager and made me feel comfortable. Lasted about 15 minutes, just asking questions about you and how you'd get along with the team members.
