Very simple conversation. Backrground check, No drug test, hired after 1 interview. They hire misdemeanors. Hired into a training team and trained as a team. Just relax and be honest. They hire about anyone.

How was x workplace. Have you worked in a warehouse.
Group interview that was very casual. There were common questions such as tell me about a time you helped a customer. It was laid back, but a little selective due to the quantity of applicants.

The interview process was very unprofessional, I was taken to an office, it started professionally but then quickly became odd as I was being asked questions about my personal life, and told things about their personal life, they also did not speak in a professional manner more as if we were friends.
