Interview started with introductions why do i want to work for Kroger. Then i proceed to share my experience of working at a bakery. The manger was kind explain to me more about the company told me the benefits but the hours were not the best.
Interviewing process was very low-key. They brought me to a room in the back of the store and asked a few questions about my background and previous job experience. It was a relaxed environment

The interview was very easy. I walked in when they were having a job fair. I was offered a job on the spot. We talked about my previous experience a little bit.

They do open interviews every week. Was hired on the spot. Easy interview. They do the basic interview questions like what is something you have done for your community lately.
