Phone interview, very technical questions. Know your financial models. Have working knowledge of energy industry. Questions about inputs to an oil rig.Contracting if projects. Risk level of projects. The guy who interviewed me was in a car dealership at the time getting his car fixed, so distractions were very prevalent. He answered all my questions, but it was just bad to say the least.

2. In person assessment centre which consists of a written exercise and a skills based interview. Lasted for around 3 hours / half day
Pretty basic questions. In addition to asking about a scenario and how I would go about investigating/approaching it. First round is a recorded online interview, they give about 2 minutes to think per question.
The interview start with some basic questions and would like me to fill out a test online. It was some professional questions but they never replied ever since the test.
