Interview
Interview was fairly straightforward. Typical questions were asked. Only issue was that some aspects of the job were not well explained. Overall, there could have been far better communication, but it was not a terrible experience.
Firstly, they shortlist you based on your CV, then conduct GD and email writing test, after shortlist in that, you have to give 2 rounds of interview. This is the overall process
Phone screening followed by a panel interview with 3 seniors. Mostly around motivation and if the candidate wants to stay at the firm for the long term. They use LinkedIn to recruit
