My mailbox was and still is being bombarded every single day with the job since more than a half year. I applied first online, but I did not get an answer at all. Then I met the company's representatives at a job expo, and filed my CV again in person, since I match the mentioned position requirements entirely. The HR agents were really negative, cold and unfriendly in person, trying to get rid of everyone in 20 seconds, without any question or willingness to answer any. More than a month later I got a rejection via email - like all my friends who applied for the same job with the same qualification and experience-, pointing out that my profile is not matching to the position in case at all despite of fulfilling all the criteria... And still, I get the same job offer to my mailbox on a daily level. Definitely they are not looking for anyone, most probably they are just advertising the company this way.

Question 1
I was trying to ask general questions about the position but they did not answer at all.
The process started with an initial phone call from HR, where they asked general background and fit questions. After that, I had an interview with the hiring manager, which was more focused on my experience and day-to-day responsibilities. Overall, I would describe it as a fairly standard process. The interview went smoothly, but I haven’t received an offer yet.

I felt very good throughout the interview from the beginning to the end. the managers who interviewed me very kind. Excellent questions and very positives. I also had an evaluation hiring test which was really good too.
