    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Kura (Glasgow, Scotland) in July 2019.

    Interview

I have been invited for a face to face interview with a weekly notice period, I supposed they gave me the time to be well prepared. Arrived in the office, I have been told that I had to do a test before the interview, listening 3 calls and take note about main details (recorded calls so no chance to make questions to ask spelling confirmation), and completing a kind of quiz. After that I've been told that I didn't pass the test because couple of spelling mistakes, so it meant end of the interview, even if I have never been interviewed. They say they are one of the best outsourcer in UK and provide amazing sotware solution, so why you don't create an assessment online before inviting people which invest their time to prepare themsleves and attend the interview? They judge people not for their customer service skills (like empathy and capacity to build rapport with customers) but ONLY for their ability to understand letter by letter details to the phone with only one attempts, it is just ridiculous

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Kura (Glasgow, Scotland) in May 2019.

    Interview

The recruitment process was long and protracted with vast periods of time without any kind of communication at all.

Whole process took 8 weeks. By that time I had accepted an offer elsewhere.

The recruitment team seems genuine and helpful, but at one stage o was told the reason for the 2 week drop in Comms was "waiting for line manager interview dates". Nothing came of this. A week later I had received an offer from another company which I accepted. I was however keen to interview with Kura to explore options.

I got on touch with the Kura recruiter to let them know this but my e-mail was ignored.
