A few basic questions about the various places that had previously employed me, and what I knew about the restaurant industry. The interview took place in the shop with one of the owners
I showed them my baking knowledge and work ethic and then they decided to hire me shortly after I showed that I had the necessary skills. They were very kind and a great place to work.
