Interview
The interview process was concise and professionally managed. After submitting a CV, shortlisted candidates are contacted for the next steps. The main interview was conducted via Microsoft Teams and involved a panel of one researcher and the team lead. During the interview, I was asked about their academic background, technical skills, previous projects, and interest in data science related work. The panel may also ask situational or behavioural questions to assess problem-solving abilities and teamwork. Additionally, there was a discussion about the current and ongoing projects. I was informed that I was selected within about a week.
