You have to do a 30ish min phone interview, then a computer/personality quiz, then you have a 2 hour in person interview. Oh, if you don’t make it through to the next step they don’t even bother to let you know. All that for 2 days a week.

They literally ask you about everything, including what was your favourite part of high school.

I am still in process of getting interviewed, but LLT has a great process to know about employee's journey through a face to face interview which is very conversational and they don't make you feel nervous.
