LV Collective interview questions

My interview experience with LV was disappointing due to the lack of communication throughout the hiring process. After one phone screen, three interviews (all scheduled on short notice), and a take-home design project (that was clearly thrown together last-minute), I never received any feedback on my work or a courtesy email regarding the status of my application. I eventually learned through LinkedIn that the position had been filled. After the time and effort invested in multiple interviews and the design assignment, I would have appreciated a simple update or rejection email to close the process.
