I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at LVIS
Interview
Interview process was a month and a half with 4 separate interviews. HR reached out to talk and asked why I was interested in the job, originally wasn't interested in the job but was willing to talk. Felt like they were unprofessional and unprepared for their part of the process. The last interview was with the CEO, similar reviews as others, felt like they couldn't be bothered and was inconveniencing them to interview.
Absolutely horrible company! I interviewed for almost 6 rounds over the course of one and a half month, and the last round was with the CEO, and she asked me if I could work in Seoul, she had an extremely weird attitude, very unwelcoming, not professional at all. During the initial interview process, they told me that the CEO was excited to talk to me, and she knew about me but when I spoke to the CEO, she seemed like she had no clue whatsoever. The company also practices illegal methods for visa sponsorships. I don’t recommend wasting your time, and your efforts for LVIS. The culture and the CEO seem disgusting. I didn’t expect this out of the company cause the technology seemed interesting but beware. Do not suggest at all!
