Interview
Two of the three partners rejected me. But, one partner, took a chance and hired me as his personal executive. The partner spent nearly 12 to 15 months training me, while he paid form for learning. An opportunity arose for me to become a associate partner. I took it. Now I am an equity partner. I love LZV CPA!

The interview process took more than a month. Eventually, I came in as executive assistant to one of the partners (Washington DC) offices. Partner track interview questions are extremely personal. You cannot prepare for their questions.
