La Provence & Petite Provence interview questions

The first interview was fine! General manager was really nice. Talked about basic stuff. What the position looks like, what the requirements and qualifications are and how I meet them, but mainly I really wanted to leave a review because I was offered a second interview, which was cancelled day of just a couple hours before. Really wished that they had let me interview even knowing that the position was filled. Left me with the impression of poor professionalism from corporate and upper management—and no interest of potentially working for this company in the future.
