First you complete accessment. They ask behavior questions. They get back to you quickly afterwards with a Decision. A very quick and easy process. They make you feel at home and allow you to truly be yourself and explain your interest to make sure this is what you really want

Interview
Received a phone call a few months after applying for position. Went to interview and completed a computer test and then spoke to the new hire managers. Took about a month to hear back from them.
