I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Labcorp in Feb 2015
Interview
First a phone screening followed by a second and and the a face to face via skype. Generally is fast within a week or 2 you know the outcome. Though may appear not serious, they usually get back to you pretty soon.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Basic interview question but have a way of making you feel ok with you answers. Overall a very simple phone screening CRA position. Felt more like a clinical scientist role since they focused mainly on the scientific side rather than operational ask for full meaning of acronyms and stuff. Not a warm and friendly environment intent, felt internal company tension. Probably a great place to get experience if you don't mind want a seat at home headaches.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Labcorp (Maidenhead, England) in Jan 2016
Interview
I applied via an agency i got a response back within 1 day and had a telephone interview with their HR screener in America, i passed that interview and then had an interview with a CTM the following week, that interview just consisted of talking through my experience. I then was invited for a face to face interview two weeks later which involved a lot of behavioural questions. I then was told that i would be outsourced to a sponsor and the sponsor wanted to speak to me so i had a telephone chat with the sponsor. The sponsor then requested to meet me so i went to the sponsors offices and had a face to face interview.

Interview
The process was a standard interview.... Basic questions asking about background and previous therapeutic areas. The caller seemed a bit disinterested. How did you hear about us? Why do you want to work here? Tell us about yourself?
