Was rejected for all of the positions I applied for, before all my applications were completed. Some of the assessments were finished, and some were not. I went back a day later to complete the assessments (because they are each ~40 minutes long), when I started receiving the automated emails. Absolute rubbish. I have a Bachelor's Degree + some experience, some of the positions required only a driver's license, or only a high school diploma. Take heed of the negative reviews on this site from people who actually worked for this company, saying not to work here. I feel blessed to NOT have been given a fair shake, much better things are in store.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Labcorp (Seattle, WA) in Mar 2026
Interview
The role requires strong customer service skills, including handling a high volume of inquiries. It also involves data entry tasks, clear verbal communication, and resolving customer concerns or conflicts. Attention to detail is important to ensure accurate information and high-quality service.
I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Labcorp in Dec 2025
Interview
I applied online, had a recruiter phone screen, then an interview with a supervisor focusing on accuracy and procedures. After background check and drug test, I received onboarding and training.
A phone interview with a recruiter and a one-on-one interview with the lab manager followed about a week later. In-person interview covered standard questions about work style, career goals, and previous experience. The interviewer was nice and was transparent about the work expected in the role. The interview lasted approximately half an hour, followed by a tour of the lab.
