Interview
two round interview, with first round with HR, second round with project manager. HR focused on general information and manager focused on your work experience and previous background, such as your education, work experience, personality, skills.
The process began with contact from a recruiter reaching me about my application from about 3 weeks prior. After talking on the phone and clearing the phone screen, I was set a WebEx interview for the following week. Then, I met two managers who I would be working with who asked me role-based, behavioral, and cultural fit-based questions to determine my qualifications. After exacty two weeks, I was notified of the offer received by the recruiter!
