The HR Mrs Priya, the Manager Mr Ryan and one lady all made me feel at ease after I suffered from an unfortunate panic attack at the outset of the interview. They were kind enough to offer me water and even started the interview in the native language. It is the very first time I have seen recruiters go beyond and above for a candidate. This is a differentiating factor as compared to other recruiters from alledgedly big technological firms where some recruiters are prideful and keep bombarding you with questions. At Labourdonnais, they did not ask leading questions, did not throw their assumptions onto my face and did not make me feel uneasy at all.
