It was a skype call with the recuiter. He asked me about my experience and education. He also presented me with some situations and asked how I would behave. The interviewer was very friendly.

Interview via skype. They sent a document in advance with questions to choose from on topics such as classroom management and grammar. You can choose which questions to answer in the interview and prepare answers in advance - I thought this was good. The interviewer was nice.
