This is a 20-minute online interview that focuses on the candidate's interests, what they hope to gain from the volunteer role, and the skills they can contribute to the shop.

This was an informal interview. I started with a basic introduction of myself. And gave reasons for applying for the position and my views on volunteering. The coordinator was very friendly and nice, after all the questions she told a lot of her opinions and explained a lot of the work and the charity.
