Interview
It was a very messed up experience to say the least. I applied via ZipRecruiter, one of the one click applications. I got a voice message and an email about an interview within a week after that. However, I called twice and couldn't get through anyone nor could I leave a voice message, and I also sent two emails without ever receiving any replies. Approximately 4 weeks later from the first contact, I received another call from their HR and was scheduled for an interview. I met with Amanda, the president, after completing an A-4 and waited a few minutes at their Boundary Road location.
In my professional work experience, I was never asked to fill out the such questions prior to an interview, it was as if I was applying for a retail level position. Anyway, waited for ten minutes and talked to Amanda, and it lasted less than ten minutes. Just a quick conversation, nothing stood out, and at the end of it, she said I got her thumbs-up and I was going to be contacted by their HR regarding the next steps within a day or two.
3 months passed by and I started on another company, and I still didn't hear anything back despite all the new positions this company seems to be hiring.

Question 1
Quick intro about the company, asked exactly 2 questions, I believe it was what would make me a good candidate and tell me about yourself.

Interview
Waited a few minutes extra before entering the interview. I was asked to complete an A4 application form which repeated some of my CV that I'd already sent in. Once I entered the room there was the interviewer and another colleague taking notes I presume. She asked me some fairly typical interview questions and we had a relaxed conversation about what the role involves and my past work history and goals.

Interview
I was interviewed by three people, they were all very nice and friendly. They are not intimidating at all. All they want to see if you have the right attitude,it doesn't matter if you have previous experience.
