The least they could do is not require so much investment from applicants they have no intention of considering. After jumping through all of the hoops, they sent me an AI generated no thanks email. It was a three staged process: - Interview - Case study - online testing The interview was with the CEO and 2 Board Directors. They took turns asking questions. The entire process took around 3 months, including referee checks.
