submitted my resume online, called in for an interview within a week or so. got hired at the end of the interview. interview process was very thorough. was informed a lot about the company, since I had never heard of them before.
35 min interview. Initially talked about my current work situation. Discuss previous experience and talk about what this position requires. How did my qualifications fit in relation to job. Why was I leaving my current job.

Interview
So, I applied online for both full and part-time opportunities and was unable to make the 1st interview due to illness. I thought that would be the end of it, but a few weeks later they contacted me to see if I would be interested in the part time position (which is still benefited) and I agreed.
An hour long phone interview was scheduled with the hiring manager & another party who remained silent on the other end.
The interview consisted of behavioral questions and scenarios primarily.

Five point process, question asked by office manager and area manager, then later a call from directer of operations, they will all ask common past experience interview questions. They also asked questions trying to see what your personality seems like.
