The interview process included three rounds: HR, the department director, and the Head of Digital. Interestingly, they invited me to apply twice over a span of about 18 months, with the process remaining largely the same.
After the second interview, I was given a fairly extensive test assignment. Both times, I was told my test results were strong, and I proceeded to the final interview. However, on both occasions, the process dragged on, with significant delays beyond their own timelines.
In the first instance, I accepted another offer due to their slow pace. In the second, after completing all stages, they declined citing a language barrier — which felt inconsistent given how far I had progressed. I suspect concerns about my career path played a role, which is understandable, but I found the lack of clarity and prolonged process disappointing.
