Lemonade Insurance Customer Service Representative interview questions

I took an online assessment and heard back about a week later and had another interview with 2 managers. I then had to interview with one more person and about a week after that got an email again from the hiring manager that originally sent me the email to take the assessment. Over a month to wrap it all up.
