The process started with a 30 minute phone screen then a video call with two people about a week later. The questions centered on my recent devops experience. I never heard back even though I sent a follow-up email a week after the video call interview. Apparently Lenovo couldn't be bothered to send me a quick email letting me know about my application's status.
