First was video interview where you record your answers to be looked at later, then interview with recruiter, then third final interview with hiring manager. All happened within 1 week. The two people I interviewed with were very nice and knowledgeable.

Sat in room, casual, asked questions. the people were really friendly and chill. They asked if you have any questions at the end. Lenovo does seem like a great a company to work for- collaborative, emphasis on diversity
