They do not have the collective agreed ITP private pension . This is very important to have in Sweden because the public general pension is ridiculous low. They say that they offer a different private pension but no details are available and it is impossible to calculate its rate. This will cause a hole in your pension if you have some years of working experience.
The recruiting process is not defined in advance: it is secret :-) . You do not in advance how many steps and interviews you will take.
You are presented with a new interview and test all the time. You never know when it is going to finish.
It is a full time job just to follow them.

The process is very difficult. They have interviewed a lot of acquaintances and nobody has received a definitive reply. I have the feeling that they are just scanning the market and see what kind of people is around.
