The interview mainly focused on behavioural questions. The interviewer reviewed my CV and asked me to expand on experiences that were relevant to the role, including further clarification on specific points. Many of the questions were situation-based, and the interview concluded with an opportunity for me to ask any questions.

The store manager first called me about the position, after I applied online. After having a short chat about my previous work experience, I was invited to an interview in store. We discussed my previous work experience, skills, and views on the company. We then went through a few scenarios, and I explained how I might tackle them.
