Firstly needed to be 10 mins early to interview. Started with interview questions with a manager downstairs, then trial on shop floor with another manager. Positioned at front of store to see how you greet and interact with customers. Also need to build rapport with manager.

Group interview held at the store. Split into small groups and completed group based activities. Manager came over and asked everyone basic questions like hobbies, why you want work here etc

Very easy- i was asked only few questions and very straightforward.
The manager made me feel very at ease and welcomed and I got the job straight away
It was a very short interview and only lasted for about 15 minutes, then I got the job the same day and onboarding started straight away.
