Visited store to drop off resume, was contacted for a group Interview. There were numerous group activities to assess individuals attitude towards team group activities and to assess communication and interpersonal skills
A call asking when about my availability and when I can do an interview. The interview was in the store and I got asked to talk about my CV and myself.

The interview was super last minute and had 3 stages, personal introduction, group interview with team building pegs and pair introduction where you have to convince the other person on why they should get hired
Very quick. Just a 10-15 minute talk and around an hour of onboarding training. And thats it, nice and easy. No knowlege needed, no pressure if you answered the question incorrectly.
