Applied through Indeed and was contacted the same day. Went in store for interview. The process took about 20 minutes and was asked on previous experience, examples of good customer service, times when I had to deal with a difficult customer, what I knew about the company and asked to describe my personal sense of style. The final questions were about my availability.
A call asking when about my availability and when I can do an interview. The interview was in the store and I got asked to talk about my CV and myself.

The interview was super last minute and had 3 stages, personal introduction, group interview with team building pegs and pair introduction where you have to convince the other person on why they should get hired
Very quick. Just a 10-15 minute talk and around an hour of onboarding training. And thats it, nice and easy. No knowlege needed, no pressure if you answered the question incorrectly.
