Very comfortable experience! The manager was really nice and understanding of any concerns I had. She let me know from the start she wanted someone who would stay long-term, not just seasonal, which I thought was considerate of our times.

A call asking when about my availability and when I can do an interview. The interview was in the store and I got asked to talk about my CV and myself.

The interview was super last minute and had 3 stages, personal introduction, group interview with team building pegs and pair introduction where you have to convince the other person on why they should get hired
Very quick. Just a 10-15 minute talk and around an hour of onboarding training. And thats it, nice and easy. No knowlege needed, no pressure if you answered the question incorrectly.
