firstly phone interview with the HR head, have been asked questions regarding to background, interests, job experience and career goals, then 2nd round of interview were to meet the direct report, and had been asked questions regarding to how my previous job experience related to the role, and some hypothetical questions about business scenarios and how you would solve the issues, and lastly, maths questions relating to planning.
