Interview
Group interview with about 7 other people. At the time they were hiring for the up coming holiday season, so i don't think they were being picky about who to pick up honestly. Took maybe about 1 hour all together from scheduled time of interview. Typical questions asked but mostly about the brand and why them. My advice would be to google "about Levi Strauss & CO" and wear a pair of levi's denim that you can speak of why you like them.

Interview
It's a group interview, amount of people varies but can be 10+. They ask you to talk about yourself but also do some exercises seeing how you engage with others and work as a team. You should wear jeans to the interview.

Question 1
There's an exercise where you get paired with another candidate and you have to try and convince the managers to hire them (testing sales skills, working memory, teamwork abilities)
The interview process was straightforward and conversational, with general behavioral questions focused on fashion awareness, interest in the Levi’s brand, customer service experience, and discussing personal strengths and areas for improvement in a retail sales environment.

How do you stay informed about current fashion trends and styles?
We were in a group and had to pick clothes out for a theme and present on why we chose those specific clothes. They gave us time to pick our clothes using ones from the store.
