HR response time depends on which Recruiter you working with. I had to reach to my recruiter a lot of times to get my documents in place. The interviews werent tough, they tested the basics of object oriented principles and academic projects. I had a phone conversation and was called onsite for 3 interviews.
Background check takes FOREVER to finish. My joining was delayed twice.

Interview process took 2-3 weeks, consisted of a resume screen and technical interview. Was told the process of decision would take 2-4 months. Was also told that if your application is up on workday you are still being considered. It has now been two months and they haven't even bothered sending a rejection notice. They ghost you if you try even asking about it.
