An English proficiency test is given to candidates, in which you have to spot the grammatical errors, spelling errors, etc. Thereafter, there is an interview with a group which is the team you are about to join.

Written tests followed by video interviews. Thorough, I was given plenty of time, and it was a very professionally handled process. The recruiter was great, honest (honestly), and guided me through the steps. I didn't get the job but harbour no ill will at all, they were great.

Long interview process but met a lot of great people who had good questions. Ultimately I was not offered the role but am still very interested in the company. And continue to look at their postings.
