Interview
Interviewed while the restaurant was being built. I didn't hear from them for about 1 month and then called me back for a second interview. After that I accepted, and next thing you know I was hired for training before the opened. There was a small team of about 15-20 of us starting, ranging from managers to cooks to bus boys. After two weeks of training, we did opened in early December.
