The hiring manager is very personable and kind, but he is terrible at communicating during the interview process. He randomly didn't respond to me for long periods of time despite moving me forward in the interview process. Also, its worth mentioning that this is a brand new team and its clear the hiring manager doesn't really know what he is looking for. The process involved a few calls with the hiring manager and an incredibly vague case study. Despite making it through the final round and being promised a response in a couple days the hiring manager ultimately ghosted me.
