The process is Good, but it is a lengthy process. Interviewee needs to go through different people from different levels of the department. There are also different set of questions for every interviewer.

Interview
Undergo to types of interview, the behavioral and the final interview, in the behavioral they asked more on personal details and introduce the vacant position, while on final interview they asked on what was the function of the vacant position, my knowledge on that vacant position and they told me if i passed on their interview and to comply their pre-employment lists of requirements and give the work location.
