The interview process was pretty smooth. You interview with the director. They ask you a couple of questions. You tell them about your background and work experience. You will then get a call back or email to accept offer.

Through the phone, and was geared towards if I had any experience working in a clinic setting. They asked about my RBT certification as they needed technicians who were already certified.
