LifeLens Technologies, Inc. interview questions

Interview process was interesting. It was not a challenge, but it became abundantly clear that they are a startup with a mentality that they do not want to do what is required to improve the process. They want to nickel and dime just enough to keep the cash flowing.

I had 1 interview and 0 call backs the first time I applied for the position. I then saw it was open again, so I re-applied but could never get the person I was supposed to set up an interview with on the phone as that was the only way to contact them via the email I got through their HR system. Every time I called but 1, all went to a voice mail box that was not set up. The one time I got him on the phone, was to set up a phone interview the next day. Called several times, only to be sent to the voice mail box that was not set up.
