I applied online. I interviewed at LifeShare Network in Jan 2026
Interview
The interview process was thorough and the team I spoke with was genuinely great to interact with. The director and interview panel were thoughtful, respectful, and asked good questions about both technical experience and problem-solving approach.
The process included several stages: an HR screening, a Power BI assessment, a panel interview with members of the data team, and a final interview with leadership. Overall the process lasted a little over six weeks.
While the interview conversations themselves were very positive, communication from HR could have been better. After the final round, I followed up but did not receive a response from HR regarding the outcome. I eventually received the rejection directly from the director, who was kind and thoughtful in his feedback.
Overall, the interviewers and leadership were professional and engaging, but the candidate communication from HR during the later stages of the process could be improved.

How do you communicate analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders?
What motivates you in analytics work and why are you interested in the OPO domain?

Interview
It was a two step interview process. The first round was with the hiring manager and consisted of mostly behavioral questions. The second round was a team interview which was a combination of both technical and behavioral. I was asked some basic SQL questions and questions about my projects.
