Interview
After a brief conversation with a recruiter, discussing qualification, I was sent a information regarding the compensation (fee for service) and then scheduled for an interview. The interview was conducted via videoconferencing and was very pleasant.
It’s fairly easy and stress free. You initially meet with the practice development director to talk about the credentialing, onboarding process and compensation. Then you get scheduled to speak to the clinical director and if it’s a good fit, you move forward from there.

Someone immediately emailed to set up a 15-minute phone interview, then passed to a 30-minute virtual interview. They emailed the pay structure, and it seemed like a recipe for burnout, so I took a pass.

I interviewed with LifeStance Health for a salaried therapist position, and overall, the experience felt professional, straightforward, and encouraging. The interview was conducted virtually, and it lasted approximately 45 minutes. The interview was comprehensive and conversational.
